QUAD eliminates the need for multiple versions of student and family files by supporting all types of school activity within one "single point of truth" database.

Using QUAD means that a family or student's details are entered once only for the duration of that students involvement with the school, regardless of their activities.

You can store every piece of information required by your school in a central and integrated database. Manual records and files and their attendant inefficiencies can be dramatically reduced in all areas by using the QUAD database as a central data and document management resource.

Specialised applications such as timetabling integrate to the QUAD database, allowing for import of completed timetables for inquiry across the school network, or publishing to the school's or student's web page.

The installation process is easy, as QUAD is stored on a single server and then accessed via a browser.  Also, any additional upgrades are simple to complete, as the changes only need to be made at one place - no need for time-consuming upgrades on individual machines!

This also makes it easy for people to access information in QUAD from any browser-enabled computer within the school's network. The high-level security features ensure that only authorised users can log onto QUAD.  Therefore, parents and teachers can log onto QUAD from their home computer, as long as they have an appropriate password.
